Effective Aug. 18, 2008, The Citadel Public Affairs Office changed its name to the Office of External Affairs. What has not changed is our mission of helping others to understand The Citadel's achievements, its people, and its unique mission of achieving excellence in the education of principled leaders.

Our office works with the news media, campus schools and departments, faculty, staff, cadets and graduate students, visiting tour groups, alumni and others to provide information and promote understanding of this institution.
